First visit at this chain. They have gluten free buns. I had the grilled chicken and it seemed to be a nice size patty. I love custard ice cream and will try theirs soon.

The staff here is always so friendly and pleasant to talk to. The facility is always clean and the food is always delicious!

This is the first Culver's we have visited few years ago and felt in love with their concrete mixers! We visit Ottawa few times per year and this location is on our places to stop by at. Love the texture of the ice cream and the choices of adds on. Chocolate concrete mixer with pie cherries and bananas is what I come back for. We have also tried couple burgers and other sandwiches. Occasionally orders not prepared as ordered. Clean location. Free parking.

I find that service at Culvers very good, especially at this location. Person at the cashier wasn't pushy and let us take our time to place the order. Workers were very polite.

Out of the half dozen or so Culver's I have been to this one has to have been one of the best. I was there right around lunch time so it was kind of busy but my order came out very fast and hot as it just came out of the fryer. A very good Culver's and it is one I am sure to return to on my next trio to iowa.

Was looking for a slider.... had butter burgers?. The menu is not very clear.(for milk shakes) Lots of employees, that are "super friendly " . A bit on the pricey side as well.

Fantastic burgers, and definitely got my cheese curd fix. The ice cream and cheese fries are also top notch. Great fast food place.

All Culver's seem to have the most polite workers & walk around asking how everything was. . A+ The cutest couple enjoying their kids meal just made my day!

This Culver's is great! Always get great service even though the crew that runs it is so young. They are good, hard-working people, and they were even a national finalist in the last Culver's Crew Challenge. The food here is always great and I can't say enough about the service. Hands down the cleanest, friendliest, most professional fast food restaurant in town. I work next door to them so we are there often and they know all of us by name. Never any issues and usually leave there with a smile because the food is awesome and everyone that works there is great!

Really good tasting burgers, but they will not cook to your liking. They always serve their burgers "WELL" cooked and a little crunchy even if you request the burger less cooked. They do have really good fries and the best rootbeer around.

We eat at Culver's all the time and love it. This was our first time at this location and it was just as we expected it to be. Definitely recommend.

Culver's is clean, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly.You can order your food, which is made to order, and sit inside or outside and it will be delivered to your table.Custard is good. Staff will patiently explain all combos that can be made. Various flavors to take home in pints in a freezer nearby. Always chocolate, vanilla, and a flavor of the day available at the counter.Taking a survey will get you a free custard cone with another purchase. Nice bonus.Only drawback is corn syrup in custard. Perhaps sugar would be healthier.
